The Extract Labs Loyalty Program rewards customers with points based on the amount of money spent and the customer’s loyalty tier. Your loyalty tier is based on a rolling twelve-month basis, meaning you must have spent each tier’s minimum in the prior twelve months to maintain your tier status.  Loyalty rewards cannot be used in conjunction with coupons, sales, and discount program orders. Reward redemptions can be stacked with one another, meaning if you have 600 points, a $10 reward and a $50 reward may be combined at checkout. Reward points will be voided on any order that is canceled, returned, and/or refunded. The “Refer A Friend” incentive will only award points if the referred customer has never placed an order with Extract Labs before. The tiered rewards of “early access to sales”, “merchandise giveaways”, and “exclusive offers” will be handled via email communications. If you unsubscribe from Extract Labs’ emails, you may not receive notice of these exclusive offers. Point redemptions will only apply to the cost of products. They will not cover the cost of any shipping charges, taxes, or fees at checkout. When setting your birthday, please ensure you select the correct date. If your birthday needs updated, we will require a copy of a valid ID to do so. If you have already received a birthday reward for the current calendar year, you will be ineligible to receive a second birthday reward until the following calendar year. Product review rewards points are limited to 1 redemption in a 24 hour period. Only product reviews will award points, company reviews will not. Extract Labs reserves the right to change, modify, or remove this program and its approved users without notice. Rewards points are non-refundable. In the event an order is made and then returned, loyalty points will not be reimbursed.
